I have been contacted by Roofing Consultants Limited asking to supply a reference and considering the service they provided I'm only too willing to oblige. In accordance with our rules I am required to obtain three quotes for any work needed within the facility and though not the cheapest their on-site visit alone convinced me I was dealing with a very professional Company.

Risk assessments and method statements were clear and concise and submitted in a timely manner. Our requirements health and safety wise were discussed and incorporated in their documents where necessary.

They were punctual on site and following an induction outlined in detail the tasks involved in the repair.

The team carrying out the work were highly motivated and totally health and safety conscious. The works foreman kept us informed at all times regards progress and gave a detailed brief of the work actually carried out on completion of the task. 

The area of work was left clean and tidy and all rubbish removed from site.

Provision is being made in our budget to ensure we meet our landlords requirements in that, should we not take up the option of extending our current lease, the roof is inspected and refurbished 100%.

I can say without doubt RCL will be approached should the occasion arise and be asked to quote accordingly.
