I feel compelled to write this testimonial for  RCL Ltd because their overall professionalism and the efficient business practices were so impressive.

RCL Ltd were the third of the three companies who were asked to quote for the re-roofing of two of our office blocks.  RCL were the first to respond despite being contacted some time after the other two and throughout all our dealings have never needed chasing. Although slightly more expensive than the other two companies, they were awarded the contract and this was in no small part due to their professional attitude and approach. The decision to go with RCL was based on their very impressive presentation, punctuality and attention to detail. You got the sense from the start that they would do a good job.

Within forty eight hours of contacting RCL they had conducted a site inspection and presented a quotation accompanied with a risk assessment, method statement, and provided Health and Safety policy, insurance details and references. The work was commenced within two weeks of RCL receiving our order (as arranged) and completed satisfactorily within the time frame. Their employees worked quickly and efficiently causing no inconvenience to our business routines and left the premises clean and tidy.

We were very satisfied with the work that RCL undertook and on the basis of this will definitely ask them to quote for any future work.
